If you like char siew, one of the places where you can get your hands on a pretty good one is from Fook Kin!

Check out the cut of their char siew – beautiful, soft and tender layers that have a almost melt in your mouth feel thanks to the fats. Definitely something different from your usual chewy red char siew.

Best paired with their sauce. Dip generously or enjoy on your own. It’s a sinful treat.

Now, is this the BEST char siew you can get in Singapore? Nope, we don’t think so but of course – taste can be subjective.

What we will say is that it is a Fookin’ Good piece of char siew that you should try! 😉
