What to Do in Singapore this Weekend For FREE (Stay At Home Edition) on 4 – 5 July 2020!

In case you were wondering what to do this weekend – here’s the SG Lifestyle Team’s weekly round-up of STAY AT HOME ACTIVITIES that you can do at home for free (well, mostly free) during Phrase 2 as we try to adapt to a new normal while waiting for the current COVID-19 situation to improve.

1) Try Out: Air Fryer Brown Sugar Egg Tart #SupportLocalSG

Here’s a simple Air Fryer Brown Sugar Egg Tart recipe to share!

[EASY] #ShersChoiceRecipes 🔆Today we are sharing an Air-fryer friendly recipe!🔆 We made everyone’s favourite egg tart with an exploding brown sugar center! . 🧂Ingredients 🔸 Brown sugar cube(Original)| 1 pcs 🔸 Milk | 150ml 🔸 Egg | 2 pcs 🔸 Sugar | 1/2 tbs 🔸 Frozen Prata | 2 slices . 🍳Preparation 1️⃣ Add the eggs and sugar into the milk and give it a good mix till well combined. 2️⃣ Sieve the egg custard mixture to get a smooth texture. 3️⃣ Cut up your brown sugar cubes into 6 pieces. 4️⃣ Cut up the frozen prata into 4 equal pieces. 5️⃣ Place the pastry into an individual casing (can be muffin/aluminium cups) and use a fork to poke holes into the pastry. 6️⃣ Fill the cups 3/4 full and place a small cube of brown sugar into the center. 7️⃣ Place it in the air fryer for 20mins @ 180 degrees. 8️⃣ Remove from the cups and enjoy immediately! . 📖Little Tips 💡This recipe is also oven-friendly!
