1) Try out: Diwali Special Sweet Recipe | Suryakala
Suryakala is an Indian sweet made during special occasions, especially during Diwali. Try making one yourself, similar to this that looks like a beautiful round sun. Follow the steps shown in the video to savor this authentic sweet-shop like taste of Suryakalas at home.

3) Visit: Largest Therapeutic Garden in Singapore
The Therapeutic Garden @ Jurong Lake Gardens is now open! Be closer to nature and look out for a butterfly maze adjoining the children’s section of the therapeutic garden to learn about pollination and the lifecycle of butterflies. Also, play equipment at the Sounds Zone (xylophone-and percussion drums help kids with smoothing sounds), a wheelchair-friendly crawling trellis, a swing chair plus a glow-in-the-dark labyrinth with pathways showing imprints of the animals and insects found in Jurong Lake Gardens!

5) Exhibition: Singapore Brickfest at ION Orchard
From now till 14th November 2021, Singapore Brickfest is happening at ION Orchard.
At the entrance of the exhibition, find a supersized medieval castle diorama complete with a treehouse village and riverbank to marvel at. Also find SG-inspired builds with miniature models of local landmarks and the oriental-style Three Generations Of Happiness – essentially the idealised home of many of the folks from our grandparents’ era.
