We may bemoan that ughhh it’s another new mall with the same mix (type) of tenants and typical mall offerings you can find everywhere. However, you still have to agree that 2019 is indeed an exciting time for Singapore with so many new malls (Jewel, Funan and now Paya Lebar Quarter) to visit and explore this year.
This is also probably the future where more and more places will be turned into an integrated hub where one can shop, eat, play and work at the same time. The only thing missing from this mix here at Paya Lebar Quarter is just a hotel, though it does have a residential component with Park Places Residences. Meanwhile, the nearest hotel located closest to Paya Lebar Quarter is Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar (approximately 15 minutes walk away)!
For your reference, there are two other shopping areas within walking distance to Paya Lebar Quarter – SingPost Centre and Paya Lebar Square (within 5 mins) as well as KINEX Mall, City Plaza and Tanjong Pagar Complex further down the road.
Meanwhile, feel free to let us know if you will be visiting / or have visited and what you thought!
More importantly, don’t say we NEVER share! 😎
