1) National Day Concert
Come celebrate our nation during the National Day long weekend! Don’t miss fun family activities, food trucks, a chance to get up-close and personal with your favourite local celebrities and so much more! You can also get a free gift while stocks last.
Some of Singapore’s most popular icons like Dick Lee, Kit Chan, Rahimah Rahim and Li Fei Hui will be joined by the cast of Fried Rice Paradise – The Drama Series as well as alumni of SPOP Sing! 2018 and Mediacorp’s Young Talents Project 2019, featuring Singapore’s best young classical music talents onstage for a 3-hour concert.
The evening will culminate in a finale performance of Singapore songs, a shared recitation of the Pledge and National Anthem, capped off with a heartfelt mass-singing of Home. Look forward to a jam-packed programme for the entire family along Singapore’s glorious waterfront. This year’s festival will reminisce the best of yesteryears, getting active with the AIA Singapore Premier League teams, having a go at the Spartan Kids’ obstacles and participating in adventures that will be the blueprint of our future! 4) Stories to Celebrate! MoonShadow Stories (Singapore)
What stories did our forefathers bring with them to this island? What are the stories of Singapura? Go on a roving storytelling tour of Esplanade and discover myths and folktales from India, China and the Malay Archipelago. Follow the storyteller’s clues to find the next location and try to listen to all of their stories! Directed by master storyteller Kamini Ramachandran, these site-specific storytelling experiences are deeply rooted in Asian and regional folklore.
This activity consists of three storytelling sessions and will require you to walk from one place to another around Esplanade. There will be breaks in between each session.

5) THE STREET FOOD FESTIVAL 2019 (THE GREAT WORLD EDITION)
We’re bringing the celebration to our clubhouse! This year’s edition will be all about travelling back to the 30s to late 70s with our old school games and performances. We have also brought in your favourite snacks that won’t burn a hole in your pocket. Little ones can get their sculpted balloons and face/body painted for free too.
