Wondering what to do this weekend? Here’s the SG Lifestyle Team’s weekly round-up of FREE WEEKEND ACTIVITES TO DO IN SINGAPORE (well, mostly free).

This includes a mixture of virtual/digital events/activities you can do at home, as well as physical events/places to visit/attend. Nevertheless, please do your due diligence to do your part to stay safe.

1) Visit: 兔gether

At “兔gether”, you can discover how cute Tu Zai and friends are! Other than the larger-than-life sculptures and life-sized illustrations, light shows will be held on selected Saturday nights, bringing these characters to life. A life-size mascot will also be appearing during the light shows for you to take photos.

兔gether exhibition will be held at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Roof Garden from 18 December 2022 to 31 March 2023 from 10am to 10pm daily. On selected Saturday evenings, visitors can also look forward to special light shows with narration of the story of  Tu Zai’s journey home to celebrate Chinese New Year with his family and friends. Admission to both the exhibition and light shows are free.


2) Visit: CapitaLand Malls

Experience spring blooms in a whole new level at CapitaLand Malls SG and immerse yourself in a multi-sensory experience at the roving festive display featuring Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Friends and a specially curated scent.

Visit Our Tampines Hub and snap a few pictures as your imagination run wild at the Trick-Eye L3 Zone located next to the Infant and Paediatrician Vaccination Centre.
